What is the difference between Predictive Dialer, Power Dialer and Voice Broadcaster?
Robo Calling, Press One, and Voice Broadcasting are simply computers that blast out a pre recorded message to hundreds or thousands of callers at the same time. This method of calling people is not allow and no longer permitted, due to consumers years of customer complaints, except for people on an opted in list and politician are able to do this.
Power Dialer - This method of automated dialing is generally use by just a single person or agent working alone. This type of automated power dialer will call through a list of predefined phone numbers, using multiple telephone lines, but it is also able to work with just 1 phone line. When a call is answered, it is transferred live to the telemarketer or agent that is ready to take the call and start talking.
Predictive Dialer - This is the type of powerful/flexible automated dialing system that is used in a call centers around the world, typically in a setting of around 5 or more telemarketers agents. Our powerful
Predictive Dialer System uses advanced technology! It takes in to consideration the number of telemarketers agent calling the same list of numbers, then it will actually calculate the average call times and wait times from all agents, next it predicts when the best time to start calling a new number is, then automatically calls. Predictive Dialer and Power Dialer systems are software programs that are used to speed the process of telemarketing up. Our system increases your calling by up to 400%. This type of system requires that you are on it while it is being used because when someone answers their telephone you are the one who talks to them. This type of system is used for calling a list of leads you have purchased or cold calling through a list of prospects. Once you are finished talking to someone the average time you wait before you are talking to the next person is about 20 seconds, many times it is faster than this. The system can be used by a single user or in a call center setting with hundreds of telemarketers or sales people either sharing a single list or utilizing different lists for different users.
Voice Broadcasting is very different as it takes a pre recorded message and blasts that message out to 1,000′s of people. When it finds someone who is interested in what the message said, it can be programmed to have that caller press 1 or any other button on their telephone to be either live connected to an agent waiting to talk to them or it can prompt them to leave their name and number on the system for a live agent to call them back. Voice broadcasting has many laws associated with it, make sure you are aware of them prior to purchasing this type of marketing program.
How does the predictive dialer system know what number to call?
Our predictive and power dialer either comes with or without data. In the data plans we will provide you with numbers that are scrubbed against the DNC lists in the areas of your choice. We can get the names geographically by county, area code, zip code, or 5 mile radius around an address. We can use different parameters such as income levels, age ranges, homeowners, etc in our lists as well. When agents are selling final expense we generally purchase a list of people in a county ages 50-80 and income levels of 15k-50k. We will listen to what you want and try to match the data to your specific requests.
We also are able to provide agents with Aged Leads to load into the dialer. Our Aged Leads come from various lead providers, they sell all of their data to us on a monthly basis and since we buy it all from them they give us a great discount and we can then sell it to you for as low as .40/name depending on the quantity you purchase.
The Voice Broadcaster does not come with any data, you must supply your own data and message to broadcast.
What about the National Do Not Call List?
We have subscribed to the National Do Not Call Registry and our system operates in full compliance on our end. We update the DNC list every 15 days in our system. It is your responsibility to ensure you are scrubbing your lists to this list when you upload them as well as on an ongoing basis. Our list is only the National DNC List there are many states who have their own DNC list and rules.
